Brief & Alignment

We get to grips with your business, your goals for the event, and who needs to sign off before any floor plan is drawn. Week one is about understanding the room, not filling it.

Concept & Design

Theme, stage design, AV, the run of the day, and entertainment, all presented as one package with references, renders, and costs, so you can see and approve it before anything is built.

Production & Rehearsals

We coordinate every vendor, crew call, and rehearsal, and keep you updated as we go. Nothing reaches the floor without being checked first.

Event Day & After

A dedicated floor director runs the day against the schedule in real time, and you get a wrap-up plus your photos and film after the event.
