First Meeting

We start with a conversation, not a form. The love story, the families, what matters most, and the things you have not quite put into words. The brief for your wedding comes out of that meeting.

Vision & Design

From that conversation comes the concept: the look, the palette, and how each function should feel, presented with moodboards and references before a single vendor is approached.

Planning & Vendors

The concept becomes a plan. Every vendor, from decorator to filmmaker, is chosen against the brief, negotiated for you, and contracted by PPEP. The logistics of a multi-day wedding are ours to manage.

The Celebration

Our coordinators are there from the first setup call to the last farewell, checking every room, holding every timeline, and handling guest moments in real time. The families have one job: to be present.
